How Long Does Delivery Take?
Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days, Monday through Saturday. The moment your parcel is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes, always. Free shipping is included on every single order, with no minimum spend and no hidden conditions. We think delivery should be one less thing to think about.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Every transaction runs through a fully secured checkout with SSL encryption, so your payment details stay protected from start to finish.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At the moment, we ship within the USA only. Our focus right now is on providing the best possible experience for our local community. If that changes down the line, our community will be the first to hear about it.
What is Your Return Policy?
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return an item if you change your mind. Simply get in touch with us at support@ashleydale.com and we will walk you through everything you need to do.
How Long Do Refunds Take?
Once your return has been accepted, refunds are generally processed within 7 business days. It may take a little additional time to show up depending on your bank, but rest assured it is on its way.
Do You Accept Exchanges?
Absolutely. If something is not quite right and you would like to swap it for another option, just send us a message at support@ashleydale.com and we will sort it out together.

What If My Order Has Not Arrived Yet?
First, check the tracking link that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If more than 7 business days have passed and your parcel still has not shown up, reach out to us at support@ashleydale.com and we will look into it straight away.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, there is a good chance we can still make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do everything we can to help.
